Full job description
Location - Near Thudiyalur
• 3+ years of experience to Manage end-to-end recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
