Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various roles within the organization, especially in the technology and cloud computing domains. This role will require you to manage recruitment activities across PAN India, ensuring Quadra attracts the "best fit" candidates from various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Source, attract, and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
•	Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess their fit for the organization's culture and specific roles.
•	Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective job descriptions, and create comprehensive recruitment strategies.
•	Employer Branding: Promote Quadra’s employer brand through innovative and effective recruitment marketing strategies, engaging online content, and participation in industry events and job fairs.
•	Immersive Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations.
•	Recruitment Analytics and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, analyze metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness, and provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
•	Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and implement best practices in talent acquisition to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•	PAN India Recruitment: Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across different regions in India, understanding the local talent market and ensuring an effective recruitment strategy nationwide.
Required Qualifications:
•	Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology or IT services industry. Experience in managing PAN India recruitment is highly desirable.
•	Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
•	Recruitment Skills: Proven experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
•	Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the technology, cloud computing, and AI industry trends, and the ability to effectively recruit for technical roles.
•	Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
•	Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
•	Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive improvements in the recruitment process.
•	Proactive Mindset: A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment, with a continuous improvement mindset.
•	Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel as needed for recruitment activities across various locations in India.
•	Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken Hindi is highly desirable, to effectively communicate with candidates across different regions in India.
