Job Description:
Role Title: HR - Recruitment Specialist
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 6 + years/ Female candidates preferred
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or any other relevant field
Job Type: Full-time (Day shift)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing, to attract top talent.
• Manage and lead a recruitment team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
• Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient management of employee records, attendance, leaves, and other HR-related activities.
• Coordinate payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely computation of salaries, bonuses, and statutory benefits
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
• Monitor and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
Qualifications:
• Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in HR, with a significant focus on recruitment, HR operations, and people management.
• Location: Coimbatore
• Working Hours: Day shift
This position requires a strong HR professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and team management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, strategic, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
