Qualifications:

MBA in HR or relevant field

Roles & Responsibilities :

Leading a Team.

Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its specific recruitment challenges.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Experience with conducting bulk hiring and managing campus recruitment initiatives

Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure accurate documentation.

Assist in administering payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
