Full job description
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads, databases, or existing contact lists.
• Present and promote products or services to potential clients, emphasizing benefits and value.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Gather customer information, identify needs, and qualify leads for further sales opportunities.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products, services, or promotions.
• Record accurate information from each call in the CRM or telemarketing database.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales goals.
• Address customer objections in a calm and professional manner to guide conversations toward positive outcomes.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, objections, and market conditions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism throughout each call.
• Collaborate with team members and sales managers to improve strategies and achieve targets.
