Experience : Fresher prefered

Qualification : 12th graduates/Diploma/ug graduates
Industry: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Working days: Mon-Sat
Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluent in Hindi & English (spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
• Freshers are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer queries through phone, email, and chat
• Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with
customers.
• Provide product or service information and troubleshooting
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure all issues are resolved.
