Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our hydraulic components across India. This role requires extensive travel for marketing activities, client meetings, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales of hydraulic components.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase our products.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on marketing activities and results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the market.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic components and related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for marketing activities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
