As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and the ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in the home textile industry.Qualifications and SkillsMore than 10 years of experience in the home textile industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record in key account management and salesKnowledge of buyer communication and negotiation techniquesMarketing and lead generation skills specific to the home textile industryExperience in export dealing and trade fair participationLeadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamProficient in preparing catalogues and moodboards as per buyer requirementsAbility to analyze market trends and competitor activitiesGoal-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to planning and executionRoles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the home textile industryUnderstand client needs, preferences, and budget to provide tailored solutionsActively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through marketing effortsCoordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and meet client expectationsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve profitable salesPrepare and present sales proposals, catalogues, and moodboards as per buyer requirementsParticipate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and expand the client networkMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and achieve targetsProvide excellent customer service, address client queries, and resolve any issues that arise
