Position: Assistant Teacher
Location: CS Academy, Trichy Road, Singanallur, Coimbatore - 641 005, Tamil Nadu, India.
CTC: 1,44,000 PA to 1,68,000 PA
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• Candidates must possess at least a Degree Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Preferably with 1 year of primary teaching experience. However, fresh graduates or interns with passion in primary education is strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively and develop good working relationships with parents.
• Willingness to take on added responsibilities.
• Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Self-management and ability to deal with pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the lead teacher in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for young children.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of lesson plans and activities, providing individualized support to students as needed.
• Helping with classroom management and organization, and collaborating with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure the overall well-being and development of the students.
• Responsible for supervising students during activities, assisting with assessments and record-keeping.
• Communicating with parents about student progress and behavior, if needed.
