Project Role : Cloud Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

Summary: As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. You will manage incidents with a focus on service restoration and act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Manage the deployment, configuration, and administration of cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications - Automate monitoring and scripting tasks to ensure efficient execution - Handle incidents and prioritize service restoration - Support compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests - Oversee the rollout of patches and manage release management schedule and implementation Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure administration - Experience in scripting and automation execution - Knowledge of OS, databases, and virtual networks - Familiarity with incident management and service restoration - Ability to manage patch rollout and release management Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager - This position is based at our Coimbatore office - A 15 years full time education is required
