4 to 6 Years of Relevant Experience
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must Have
• At least 3+ Years MES end to end implementations experience.
• Must understand Manufacturing Operations and Plant floor working model and business process.
• Align and liaise with the different Plant floor departments, like Quality, Operation, Inventory and Maintenance.
• Proven track record of designing end to end MES solution.
• Good Communication and Articulation skills.
Good to Have
• Industry domain experience, preferably in Hi-Tech Or Automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with any MES Tools like Proficy, Rockwell, Apriso-FlexNet etc.
• Additional knowledge of other SAP modules like PP, MM.
• Client facing and team handling.
• Experience with Migration of Data from legacy MES to new MES.
• Know-how of Industry 4.0.
• Awareness about scope of Mobility in Manufacturing space.
