Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. You will leverage new technologies to solve challenging business problems with a cloud-first and agile mindset. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop scalable and high-performance applications using Java. - Write clean and efficient code, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of database systems and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
