Full job description
We are seeking a skilled PLM Software Engineer to lead the design and development of solutions within the Windchill ecosystem. The ideal candidate will customize and configure PTC Windchill modules, ensuring they meet project-specific needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business value.
Expected Scope of Work / Responsibilities:
• Lead system design and development within the Windchill ecosystem.
• Customize and configure PTC Windchill modules (PDMlink, Projectlink, Partslink) to align with project requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain workflow processes, data migration, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement of PLM systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, design, and development processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Simplify complex processes in an entrepreneurial environment while balancing business value and agility.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, enhancing user experience and meeting digital constraints.
• Communicate effectively, employing active listening, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a software developer with a strong interest in software engineering. Proficient in programming languages such as Core Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Must-have skills: PDMlink, Projectlink, Partslink.
• Good-to-have skills: PTC Thingworx.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and IT solution architecture.
• Knowledge of the PLM domain is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and honestly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
