Description
Major Responsibility/ Job Responsibility:
ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration:
•	Lead and support the implement, configuration and customization of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SecOps modules on the ServiceNow platform.
•	Work closely with stakeholders/customers to understand business requirements and design effective solutions tailored to client needs.
•	Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
•	Design and build workflows, business rules, and automation processes using ServiceNow tools and scripting.
Technical Expertise:
•	Provide subject matter expertise and best practices for ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SecOps modules.
•	Customize ServiceNow solutions to improve process automation, visibility, and efficiency across departments.
•	Integrate ServiceNow with other systems such as monitoring tools, third-party applications, and internal infrastructure using REST, SOAP, or other integration technologies.
Consultation and Support:
•	Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow's ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SecOps solutions, advising clients on best practices, product features, and configuration options.
•	Guide clients in optimizing their ServiceNow instances to support business objectives, improving user experiences, and driving efficiency.
•	Provide expert-level consultation on ServiceNow platform functionality, product capabilities, and strategic implementation approaches for complex business requirements.
Client Interaction:
•	Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
•	Conduct workshops, presentations, and meetings to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Provide support post-implementation, including identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Necessary Qualification/ Technical Skills:
•	5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and support in an enterprise environment.
•	Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SecOps modules.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and Service Portal development.
•	Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.).
•	Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps) is preferred. ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
Soft Skills:
•	Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
•	Proven experience in client-facing roles and project management.
•	Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Leadership experience or ability to mentor junior consultants or developers.
Education:
B.Tech (CS/IT)/MCA/MBA
Responsibilities
•	Effectively working with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation.
•	Understand business requirements and implement technical requirements while working with standard design principles.
•	Engage with the Architect and Team Leads to produce high-level and /or detailed design of requirements.
•	Estimating development effort for requirements.
•	Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps)
•	Drive process optimisation, efficiencies and productivity using automation
•	Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues
Must Have Qualifications
•	Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
•	Proven track record from developing and operating ServiceNow (5+ years)
•	Experience in working according to agile, scrum or SAFe principles
•	Experience of working with Integrations, E-bonding is preferred
•	Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
•	Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations. Consultancy experience will be advantageous
•	Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
•	Prior experience of working with international teams (this role is in the Nordics)
•	Fluent in English (spoken and written)
•	University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Nice-to-have
•	Knowledge of TM Forum Framework
•	Experience in working in the telecommunications industry
•	Knowledge of ITIL
•	Experience from working in CI/CD pipelines
•	Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS and HTML
•	Experience in Angular JS, jQuery, Node.js and Apache Jelly
•	Working experience from Prometheus and Grafana
