Job Title: Snr Accountant

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Location: Coimbatore

Workdays & Timings: Monday - Saturday, 9.30am - 6.00pm

Salary Range: Rs.20,000 - Rs. 25,000/month

Probation period: 3 months

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records by handling core accounting functions, reconciliation tasks, managing taxes, and overseeing financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of daily bookkeeping, including processing invoices, recording transactions, and maintaining general ledgers.
• Perform meticulous reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
• Process and record all financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Calculate and maintain accurate records of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST), ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support informed decision-making
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance in all reconciliation and accounting activities.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, assisting with audit queries and documentation.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred) and spreadsheet software (Excel).
• In-depth knowledge of TDS and GST regulations in India.
• Proven experience in performing bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and other account reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
