Job Title: Senior Business Analyst and PMO with Six Sigma Expertise

Shift: US Shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST)

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who has successfully transitioned from a Business Analyst role to Project Management/PMO , with proven expertise in data analytics for our client. A Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an added advantage, reflecting your ability to lead process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & PMO Support
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders to streamline communication and facilitate project success.
• Develop and maintain project documentation using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement
• Analyze business requirements, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to enhance operations.
• Conduct gap analyses to improve workflows and align them with organizational objectives.
• Lead process improvement initiatives leveraging Six Sigma methodologies .

Data Analysis & Reporting
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI , Tableau , or similar platforms.
• Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and IT, to align strategies.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support resource planning and operational forecasting through robust analytics.

Automation & Efficiency
• Identify opportunities for automation in operational workflows to reduce manual efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement efficient data integration processes.

Required Qualifications

Experience
• 8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, and Data Analytics roles.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk) and project management methodologies.

Skills & Abilities
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a strong advantage .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
