Job description
Responsibilities
• Effectively execute the Business Strategies of the company to ensure the realization of business objectives in the region.
• Provide leadership to Sales, Business Development, and Order Servicing initiatives and activities in the Region.
• Stay in touch with the target market in the allocated geography, and ensure the availability of comprehensive and accurate information on market size, customers, and competitors.
• Set Revenue targets for the region in line with the overall business goals of the company, and set clear performance expectations for Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
• Guide the Sales team in developing their sales plans and executing them effectively.
• Initiate actions for expansion of customer base in existing markets and in new geographies.
• Approve quotations submitted to customers.
• Finalise contracts with customers in accordance with the company's policies and processes.
• Monitor all Order servicing activities and ensure that they are being carried out effectively
• Stay in touch with customers to ensure hassle-free order servicing, and to address any contingency /problem should they arise.
• Liaise with the Operations Planning group and keep track of order execution.
• Onboard personnel placed in the region as per approved processes.
• Carry out periodic reviews of the performance of personnel in the region and provide timely feedback for performance improvement.
• Carry out an assessment of the performance of employees and report to HO.
