Job Summary:

The Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in Costume Design and Fashion will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, engage in research and creative activities, and contribute to curriculum development within the department.

Freshers / Experienced

Qualification

Ph.D. / PG with 55% of marks and NET / SET in the respective discipline

Excellent Communication, leadership, interpersonal, computational, organizational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Teaching:
• Conduct lectures and studio-based courses in fashion and costume design.
• Develop curriculum and course materials.
• Research & Creative Work:
• Engage in research and creative projects related to costume and fashion design.
• Publish and present work at academic and professional forums.
• Student Mentorship:
• Advise and mentor students on academic projects, internships, and career paths.
• Supervise student exhibitions and fashion shows.
• Program Development:
• Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement.
• Integrate new industry trends and technologies into the program.
• Service & Administration:
• Participate in department committees, events, and outreach activities.
• Assist in organizing workshops, guest lectures, and community engagement.
• Professional Development:
• Continuously update skills and maintain industry connections.
• Engage in professional and academic collaborations.
