Job description
@GURUGRAM, GM DESIGN required for one of the biggest APPAREL Export / manufacturing Company with the State of art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA and European Brands.

Exp: 18 - 24 yrs/ open

Salary; inr 39 - 45L pa / nego

International work experience will be an additional advantage.

Strengths in Knits & Wovens - Tops, bottoms & Dresses is a must.

Strengths in Men's wear, women's wear is a must

Strengths in handling embellished garments will be an additional advantage

Strengths in Designing, Product Development, presentation, costing, Fabrics, Trims & Accessories - Indian & Imported, (Sourcing Development and costing ) is a must.

Strengths in Working closely with the Design and buying teams of the brands is a must.

Should be able to travel overseas independently for presentations, Sourcing, meetings, etc

Will be required to work very closely with the fabric, Sourcing & Sampling / PD teams.

Will be responsible to handle a team of Design Managers, Sr Designers & Designers.

Will be responsible to handle Business of approx $ 300 - 360 million / pa

Prefer Professionals with formal education in related field.

Should have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.

Should have strong people and work management skills.

Should be a Strong leader and a team player.

Will be reporting to the CEO / Director

Professionals with experience in APPAREL industry will only qualify for this position.
