Hiring for Direct Sales Manager - Coimbatore

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Recruiting agents.

- Training and developing agents on a commission basis.

- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.

- Conduct market analysis to identify new channel opportunities.

- Provide training and support to enhance partner performance.

- Monitor and report on channel sales metrics.

Qualifications :

- Any Graduates

- Candidate must have field job experience.

- Sales and insurance experienced candidate preferred.

- Age : 22 to 38

- Experience : Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)

- Must have local candidate
