Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities
• Agri Insurance Domain Knowledge.
• Understanding of Crop health monitoring (CHM) activity.
• Ability to track the CHM schedules in their region at different stages of crop and publish MIS of the same.
• Understanding of Crop cutting experiment (CCE) and monitoring deviation in the process of CCE.
• To monitor CCE of high-risk locations for CCE moral hazard
• To verify field for insured crop vs sown crop (Insured Crop Verification)
• Reporting to the central risk team on cases for raising disputes to CCE conduct.
• Coordinate with the central risk team for suspected cases with moral hazard.
• Ability to conduct document scrutiny and inspection with selected bank branches.
• Understanding of Fraud Detection, Prevention, and Field Investigation in Agri Insurance Domain.
• Hands-on experience with field investigation tools and techniques concerning crop insurance.
• To track and monitor the work done by the field investigation agency.
• Ability to coordinate and follow up with state-level, and district-level teams and vendors.
• To maintain and publish regular MIS on various activities like investigation TAT, risk trends, etc.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
• Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry of Management/Statistics.
• MBA in Rural Management/Agri-Business.
• Minimum 04-05 years of experience infield investigations.
