Job Title: Gym Attender

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Oman

Salary Range: OMR 125 to 150 per month ( 27,000-33,000 INR PER MONTH )

Contract Period: Minimum 1 year of employment

Benefits: Food, Accommodation, & Transportation provided, Medical Insurance, Annual Vacation of 1 month

Key Responsibilities:

- Gym Equipment Management : Ensure all gym equipment is properly maintained, operational, and in good condition. Assist members with the proper use of equipment, offering guidance on safety and effectiveness.
- Safety & First Aid : Be prepared to provide first aid assistance in case of injury or emergency. Familiarity with basic first aid procedures is a must. Maintain safety protocols throughout the gym to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience as a gym attendant, fitness assistant, or in a similar role in a gym or fitness center.
- Certifications : While formal certifications are not mandatory, any relevant certification (e.g., fitness, first aid, CPR) is a plus.
- First Aid Knowledge : Familiarity with basic first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures.
- Gym Equipment Knowledge : Knowledge of modern gym equipment operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain equipment usage clearly to gym members and provide instructions as needed.
- Customer Service : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist and engage with gym members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Physical Fitness : Must maintain a good level of fitness to assist members with equipment and to perform general duties in the gym environment.
- Attention to Detail : Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all members and staff.
