Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Fitness Instructor to join our team and help our members achieve their fitness goals. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering safe and effective fitness programs, providing individualized instruction and support, and motivating members to stay on track with their fitness goals.
• *Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver a variety of group fitness classes, including but not limited to: cardio, strength training,yoga, and Pilates.
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, tailoring workouts to individual fitness levels and goals.
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to evaluate members' current fitness levels, goals, and limitations.
- Monitor members' progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise technique to prevent injuries and maximize results.
- Motivate and encourage members to reach their fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and research.
- Promote fitness programs and services to potential members.

Qualifications:

- Certified personal trainer with a nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer.
- Excellent knowledge of exercise science and physiology.
- Ability to design and deliver safe and effective fitness programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for fitness and health.
• *Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
