About Us:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Product Management team in driving our marketing initiatives & category requirements.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in the execution of marketing strategies that promote our products and enhance our brand presence. This individual will collaborate closely with product managers, Marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Support:
•	Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns for new product launches and existing product promotions.
•	Preparation of season based Advertisement calendar and execution
•	Coordinate with Marketing & Category owners for all seasonal BTL activities like Hoardings, Shop boards, etc.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website updates, print promotions and product brochures.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support product positioning and strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Category owners, marketing teams, and update progress of promotional activities and align marketing efforts with product goals.
Event Coordination:
•	Support the planning and execution of product-related events and trade shows, including samples and follow-up activities.
•	Prepare and execute depart calendar in advance.
•	Coordinating and conducting Category meetings, Review meetings & other monthly meetings.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Administrative Support:
•	Preparation and Management of Token system in coordination with Category owners.
•	Regular follow up ART of department related meeting with responsible person
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a product-focused environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and methods (e.g. email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
