Job Title : Assistant Manager - Marketing

Job Description : The Assistant Manager - Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the hospital’s services, build brand awareness, and drive patient engagement. This role will involve working closely with the hospital leadership team, clinicians, and other departments to develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with the hospital’s goals and objectives.

The Assistant Manager will also play a key role in managing digital marketing efforts, community outreach programs, and patient engagement strategies to attract and retain patients while ensuring the hospital's reputation is positively represented in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that promote the hospital's services, specialties, and healthcare programs.
• Create and manage marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the hospital's brand image by ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust marketing tactics and stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop content that highlights the hospital’s strengths, quality of care, patient stories, and testimonials to reinforce positive branding.
• Conduct market research to identify patient needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide insights for future initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create reports on campaign performance, lead generation, patient satisfaction, and other key metrics.

Qualification :
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or Healthcare Marketing is a plus but not required.

Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, (Experience in healthcare or hospital marketing is a plus).
