Full job description
• Develop a detailed plan for each medical camp, including timelines, resources, and logistics.
• Identify and arrange medical professionals and volunteers to staff the camp.
• Oversee the setup of camp infrastructure, such as tents, medical stations, equipment, and supplies.
• Conduct briefings and training sessions for camp staff on safety protocols, patient handling, and emergency response.
• Ensure smooth patient flow within the camp, minimizing wait times and ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Facilitate follow-up care and referrals for patients requiring additional medical attention.
• Maintain accurate records of all camp activities, patient statistics, and resources used.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on camp outcomes, challenges, and suggestions for future improvements.
