Job Requirements

We are looking for a Medical Laboratory Supervisor/Incharge to join our team at AMC Hospital in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. The Medical Laboratory Supervisor/Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all tests are performed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supervising laboratory personnel, monitoring laboratory quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety regulations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• 5+ years of experience in a medical laboratory

• Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality assurance standards

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory

• Train and supervise laboratory personnel

• Monitor laboratory quality assurance

• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety regulations
