Education : Bachelor's degree, MBA in Supply chain

Experience : 3-5 Years

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written.
• Logistics and distribution Management.
• Preparation of LC documentation
• Team player with strong compliance mindset, proficient in MS office

Primary Responsibilities

Documentation
• Sourcing of post shipment documents from stakeholders
• Regularization of export shipments from Bangalore by uploading documents into bank portal
• Draft LC pre-check and approval to commercial
• Submission of LC documents as per the timeline mandated by bank.
• Submission of insurance claims to agency
• Bond registration with customs
• Support operations for shipping documentation based on requirement

Reporting
• Submission of shipping documents for statutory reporting (eg : Intrastat)
• Maintenance of miscellaneous reports incl. DSIR, IGCR, bond validity etc.
• Status report on shipping document repository maintenance
• Submission of shipping documents to internal / external auditor
• Completion of MIS reports
• Maintaining and reporting status of insurance claims
