Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Manager- Logistics at Earth Rhythm in Gurugram. The Sr. Manager- Logistics will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, managing inventory, supply chain, procurement, and ensuring efficient logistics management to support the company's mission of promoting healthy skin and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Strategy & Operations
• Develop and implement end-to-end logistics strategies to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.

Vendor & Partner Management
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with logistics service providers, including 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse partners.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

Inventory & Warehousing
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Implement best practices for warehouse operations to maximize space utilization and efficiency.

Cost & Performance Optimization
• Analyze logistics costs and identify areas for improvement to reduce expenses.
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as delivery times, order accuracy, and cost per shipment.

Technology & Process Improvement
• Leverage logistics management software (LMS) and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Continuously review and improve processes to support scalability and growth.

Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental standards related to logistics operations.
• Develop risk mitigation plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.

Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics and warehouse staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 10+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
