Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at DropX Logistics. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing logistics and supply chain processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications
• Experience in Ecommerce Last Mile logistics, supply chain management, and operations
• Knowledge of inventory management and optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
