Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the quartz or ceramic industry and be able to manage entire Warehouse operations and Management.
Location: Jaipur
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Inventory Management
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
Schedule and oversee the warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.
Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
Ability to manage the team of 40-50 members.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
12-15 years of warehouse experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team of warehouse management
Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
