• Warehouse operational requirements by scheduling, Engaging, and assigning employees.
• Maintains team results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
• Streamlining operations with the available resource.
• Maintaining MIS data in system.
• Well convergent with ERP and WMS system.
• Demonstrated abilities in leading & motivating large teams.
• Manage inventory and strive for increased cost efficiency
• Control of P&L
• Achieve KPI by complete Daily task of Inbound, Inventory, Dispatch, Sales Returns, Transportation & Delivery
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy
• Reconciling the Delta Report (WMS v/s Ebiz)
• Outbound route planning based on order release quantity and weight
• Maintain Transportation of last mile & Freight bills management
• Maintain order fill rate more than 100%
• Ensuring secondary deliveries happening as per agreed secondary RLT & POD uploading.
• Ensure to follow safety, Health protocols & Compliance policies
• Review with ground team on all operation key areas like Safety, Productivity, 5S, inventory accuracy, Billing, returns accounting, MIS, Transportation, Delivery & Customer support
