Job Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations between vendors, warehouses, and transporters. This position is responsible for managing appointments, overseeing warehouse activities, coordinating inventory and transportation, and identifying opportunities to optimize logistics processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to support Evenflow's operational excellence and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments with transporters, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Warehouse Coordination: Oversee warehouse operations, including timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and act as a point of contact for resolving issues.
- Transport & Inventory Oversight: Coordinate transportation and support in managing inventory levels while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with warehouse/logistics management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
