Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quick Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee and streamline the operations of our rapid delivery ecosystem. The role involves managing the entire supply chain, from inventory and warehouse operations to last-mile delivery, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management:

- Oversee end-to-end quick commerce operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery within designated time frames, optimizing the delivery network.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve any bottlenecks affecting performance.

1. Warehouse & Inventory:

- Manage micro-fulfillment centers or dark stores, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Implement inventory management systems to minimize wastage and ensure accuracy.
- Optimize storage layout and processes for efficiency.

1. Last-Mile Delivery:

- Develop and manage delivery partner networks, ensuring sufficient capacity to meet demand.
- Track delivery performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, order accuracy) and implement improvements.

1. Data-Driven Insights:

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Generate reports on KPIs, including order processing time, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction.

1. Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with tech and product teams to enhance operational tools and platforms.

1. Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure all operations adhere to local regulatory and safety standards.
- Maintain SOPs for operational tasks and ensure staff compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in operations management, preferably in quick commerce, e-commerce, or ZOMATO, SWIGGY, BLINKIT.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and delivery operations.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- On-time delivery rate.
- Cost per delivery/order.
- Inventory accuracy and stock availability.
- Customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).
- Efficiency in warehouse and delivery operations.
