Key Responsibilities
Handle team of 3-4 executives handling B2B fulfillment operationsCoordinate with WH teams for processing ordersCreate shipments on MP dashboardsHandle transportation for these shipments to MP warehouseGather demand forecast for various marketplaces (MP) and offline channelsMonitor inventory on across all MP warehousesWork closely with Ops / S&OP / Marketplaces to ensure optimal inventory availabilityHandle queries / issues from MP and reverse pickupsAny other task related to MP operations
What we look for
Ecommerce, Quick commerce or Retail operations experienceGood communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environmentAbility to meet deadlinesProficient in MS ExcelAbility to manage external vendors - Logistics providers, transporters, WH operations teamPrior experience of handling a team of 3-4 executives
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related field / MBA in Supply Chain Management or OperationsMinimum Experience-4 years
