Job description
Job Purpose :

Provide trade and operations administrative support to the trade and operations department. Tasks include activities such as contract administration / management, contract reconciliation, trade operations and finance support and vendor / customer liaison.

Key Responsibilities :
• Validate daily trade entries and ensure accuracy in trade slips.
• Capture and verify trade data in the CTRM / ERP system.
• Liaise with trade desks for the creation, approval, and issue of trade confirmations and purchase / sales contracts.
• Review 3rd party purchase / sales contracts against internal trade records for compliance.
• Ensure all signed contracts are properly stored and accessible in the relevant systems.
• Manage contract amendments and cancellations within the system
• Assist trade desks in onboarding new customers, ensuring compliance and accuracy in customer master data.
• Facilitate communication with customers to ensure signed contracts are received and processed promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier and customer contracts to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the trade and operations team and relevant stakeholders.
• Reconcile trade data between trading systems and the accounting system, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
• Administer and process invoices in the CTRM / ERP system.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of payments and contract reconciliations.
• Additional administrative support tasks aligned with the goals of the Trade and Operations department.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor of Business Administration / Commerce.
• Freshers or candidates with 2+ years of relevant work experience are eligible to apply.
• Relevant qualifications in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field is advantageous
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex trade data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS-Office Applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
