Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage import cargo operations, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and customs officials for smooth cargo clearance and delivery.
• Prepare and process import documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Monitor and track shipment status, ensuring timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues and liaise with internal teams to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade policies.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on cargo movement and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in cargo operations, specifically import handling.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes, shipping documentation, and logistics procedures.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
