Could you be the full-time Methods Operations Manager in Coimbatore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive logistics and methods expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborativen, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll spearhead the management of logistics flows from supplier to customer, optimizing our methods deliverables and driving continuous improvements in line feeding, packaging enhancements, and logistics optimization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing, Industrialization, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management), design and develop logistics packaging solutions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of digitalizing and supporting infrastructure for warehouse and logistics operations, but also contribute to sustainable solutions in warehouse and logistics operations.
We’ll look to you for:
- Designing and optimizing logistics flows for serial and New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Implementing returnable packaging solutions
- Designing warehouse racking systems
- Driving actions to improve the material delivery process
- Managing kitting trolleys and returnable trolleys with barcode systems
- Setting up PFEP (Plan for Every Part) for all NPI and serial projects
- Conducting Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural packaging analysis

- Degree in Engineering (BE/BTECH) with experience in logistics engineering
- Experience or understanding of manufacturing organization logistics
- Knowledge of warehouse design, line feeding, and packaging design
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Proficiency in 2D/3D layout, PRO E, ANSYS, FEA, and AUTO CAD
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Agility and adaptability with a change management mindset
