Job Title: AGM/DGM Interiors and Architecture

Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect/ Interior Designer with experience in high-rise residential projects to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of aesthetics, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver exceptional interior spaces that align with our vision and exceed client expectations. The Architect/ Interior Designer will play a vital role in coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to internal processes, managing project budgets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Process Perspective:
• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and layouts tailored to high-rise residential projects while ensuring alignment with the overall architectural vision.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of interior designs into construction plans.
• Maintain detailed records of design iterations, approvals, and modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of designs and ensure adherence to quality standards and approved layouts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and organizational policies in all interior design aspects.

2. Financial Perspective:
• Prepare and manage budgets for interior design components, ensuring alignment with overall project cost structures.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure cost-effective yet high-quality materials and furnishings.
• Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or design intent.
• Monitor expenses against budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.

3. Customer Perspective:
• Understand client requirements and translate their preferences into functional, aesthetic, and luxurious interior designs.
• Prepare detailed presentations, 3D visuals, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Address and resolve client feedback during the design and execution phases to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure all interiors align with the brand image and lifestyle expectations of the target clientele.

4. People Perspective:
• Lead and mentor junior interior designers, fostering skill development and creativity within the team.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and procurement, to ensure project success.
• Build and maintain relationships with external consultants, vendors, and contractors to enhance collaboration and streamline workflows.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and design forums to keep the team updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on high-rise residential projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of luxury design trends, materials, and finishes relevant to residential projects.
• Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
