We are seeking a Junior Interior Supervisor to join our team in Coimbatore. Roles And Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetic designs.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular project site visits to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the timely procurement of materials and furnishings.
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards, performing regular evaluations and adjustments as needed.
• Resolve any design or project-related issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
• Provide detailed project reports and updates to both the management and clients, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
