We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Installation Manager to oversee the successful execution of our modular interior, kitchen, and wardrobe installation projects across India. This role demands a strategic approach, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of 100+ Home interior installation projects per month across India.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, production, logistics, and customer service) to streamline the installation process.
Implement robust project management methodologies to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of Measurement Executives, Site Inspectors, Project Managers, Installation Managers, and Carpenters.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to standardize installation processes.
Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Create and maintain accurate and timely MIS reports to track project performance and identify trends.
Drive new initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to optimize costs.
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly.
Customer Escalation and Solution Provider:
Handle customer escalations professionally and empathetically, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Identify and implement critical solutions to address project challenges and minimize customer impact.
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the modular furniture or construction industry.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with tight deadlines.
