Roles & Responsibilities:
Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily
- Handle client escalations - red level
- Report into City Head on key metrics
- De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by reportees
- Manage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication
- require 7 -10 yrs of experience
-3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects
-B.Arch/M.Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior Designing and equivalent
