About Us:

Vayil is a boutique construction startup founded by the Vallaham family. As a young and energetic team, we bring fresh ideas to construction and design. We are looking for a talented professional who is passionate about creating unique spaces and integrating automation with core values to transform both old and new projects with creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and retail projects.
• Create detailed design plans and models that align with client requirements and project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and consultants to deliver innovative architectural solutions.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Research and integrate emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and zoning regulations.
• Prepare presentations and project proposals for client reviews and approvals.
• Efficiently manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in a startup environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture and 3DS MAX is mandatory.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and other architectural tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing technical proficiency and creative architectural designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup culture.
