Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site operations and manage construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,281.61 - ₹20,000.00 per month
