About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our digital analytics team. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in data science and analytics to extract actionable insights from clickstream data, enhance customer journey understanding, and optimize our digital experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to help drive data-driven decision-making and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop end-to-end data science solutions to analyze and interpret large volumes of clickstream and behavioral data.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, clustering, A/B testing) to understand and optimize customer journeys and online behaviors.
• Identify and track key metrics to evaluate website and app performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
• Develop machine learning models to segment audiences, predict customer behavior, and personalize user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to improve digital content, UI/UX, and overall customer experience.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to process clickstream data, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and accessibility for analytics.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through data visualizations, reports, and presentations, making complex information easy to understand.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, with a focus on digital analytics and clickstream data.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of clickstream data, web analytics, and digital user behavior.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and familiarity with tag management.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experiment design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark).
