Sales Manager
Location: COIMBATORE
Reports To: DGM
Who We’re Looking For:
INFRA GREEN is looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to build strong relationships, lead a motivated sales team, and has a keen sense for business in the infrastructure and pre-engineered buildings world. If you're a people person who’s equally at home strategizing big-picture sales growth as you are handling the details of a deal, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Setting the Course: You’ll shape our sales strategy, setting the direction for market growth and capturing new business opportunities.
• Leading the Team: As the Sales Manager, you’ll recruit, mentor, and inspire the sales team to hit their goals. Think of yourself as their guide and motivator, helping them grow their skills and stay driven.
• Building Connections: You'll be the face of INFRA GREEN to our key clients. From the first handshake to contract signing and beyond, you’ll build relationships that last, ensuring customers see us as a trusted partner.
• Driving Growth: Meeting or beating sales targets will be a big part of your role. We’re counting on you to help us grow our revenue and improve profitability through new and existing clients.
• Staying Ahead of the Market: To keep us ahead, you’ll stay in the loop on market trends, competitor moves, and what’s next in infrastructure and construction.
• Overseeing Sales from Start to Finish: You’ll manage the sales journey from lead generation through closing. And yes, we’ll rely on you to keep accurate sales forecasts, reports, and records.
What You Bring:
• Experience Matters: You have at least 5 years in sales management, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or a similar field. Hitting targets and leading teams to success isn’t new to you.
• Leadership Skills: People look up to you. You know how to bring out the best in your team and keep everyone focused and motivated.
• Relationship-Driven: You’re great with people and have a talent for building long-lasting relationships.
• Strategic Thinker with an Eye for Details: You can see the big picture but don’t overlook the finer points of a deal.
• Ready to Hit the Road: You’re open to travel to meet clients and support the team as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
