Videographer and Product Photographer
to join our team and bring our story to life through compelling visuals.
Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and technical expertise. This role will involve styling, shooting, and editing high-quality visuals for web, social media, and marketing campaigns, ensuring our products are showcased in their best light.
Key Responsibilities
Photography & Videography
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos of our products, including lifestyle and in-studio shoots.
Ensure all visuals align with Craft and Glory’s brand identity and storytelling style.
Capture engaging content
for multiple platforms: e-commerce, social media, and advertisements.
Styling & Creative Direction
Develop creative shoot concepts to highlight product features and aesthetics.
Style products for photoshoots with attention to detail, maintaining brand consistency.
Editing & Post-Production
Edit and retouch photos and videos to create polished, visually
appealing content.
Optimise visuals for various platforms while maintaining consistency in quality and style. One must ensure that the content is highly
engaging and creative.
Content Strategy & Collaboration
Collaborate with the Social media and marketing person to develop and
execute content ideas & produce engaging content.
Assist in creating mood boards and content calendars to streamline execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into visuals.
Equipment Management
Maintain, organize, and manage photography and videography equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Recommend equipment upgrades or purchases as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
Proven experience as a Product Photographer, Videographer, or Content Creator, preferably in fashion, leather goods, or lifestyle industries.
Proficiency with cameras (DSLRs, mirrorless) and lighting setups, and knowledge of lenses.
Expertise in editing software: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and post-production techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Preferred
Experience working with leather goods, footwear, or accessories.
Background in visual merchandising or set styling.
Familiarity with current trends in fashion photography and videography.
