As a
Consultant/Senior Consultant
in our
CSAD
Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:
Core Domain Expertise required. Experience in Telecommunication sector is a must.
Should have had significant exposure across the telecom value chain cutting through revenue assurance, Process reviews, revenue/cost optimization, OSS/BSS implementation, technology/network ecosystem. Industry exposure / understanding of business models and associated trends in telecommunications, telecommunication infrastructure and technology across B2C and B2BFair understanding of both B2C & B2B Product Lifecycle management (Products, Promotion, Pricing, Digital Marketing etc.)
The professional should be well versed with business process design and assessment (e.g., Concept to Market, Bill to Collect, Lead to Cash, etc.) including being up to date with leading industry practices.
Have prior experience in performing Market assessment, GTM channel strategy, , Front and Back-office design, Cost Optimization etc is good have.
Have reasonable proficiency in couple of IT systems including CRM, Billing, Order Management, Inventory Management, Product Catalogue etc.
Automate and analyze large datasets using tools such as Business Objects, SQL, Python and MS-Access etc.

Ability to quickly understand and grasp business models, business operations and technical/financial aspects of business.Problem solving and analytical mindset to assimilate business issues, create deep analysis based on data, primary and secondary industry benchmarks and recommend business model/operating model/organization structure/operations/technology solutions to drive tangible change / outcomes for the client.Ability to synthesize complex information and generate meaningful insights based on analysis of client's data and information from primary and secondary research.Ability to marry quantitative and qualitative analysis into meaningful storyboards and insights.Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills, ability to build meaningful and collaborative relationships with team members.Basic understanding of project management techniques and tools - Ability to support business and practice development efforts (e.g., proposals, thought leadership, case studies, work plans and internal team metric trackers)Team player with the ability to manage (work with) domestic and international teams within the Deloitte network.Prior experience with Big4 organizations and other strategy/management consulting firms will be a plus.Expected to undertake frequent/extended travel within and outside India.
