Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team in a strictly work-from-office role based in Chennai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of expertise in core and advanced Python programming, along with a strong background in the telecom domain, specifically in network management or the SON (Self-Organizing Networks) domain. This role involves working on advanced telecom applications and technologies, including NetAct and SON, and requires proficiency in radio technologies across 2G/3G/4G/5G and Nokia SRAN.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications to support telecom operations and SON functionalities.
• Utilize extensive telecom knowledge to work on NetAct and SON Telecom applications.
• Apply advanced architectural and design methodologies (e.g., component-based, SOA, scalable ASYNC frameworks) to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Implement and optimize Microservices and Kubernetes-based architectures.
• Develop and maintain data integration and exchange formats using XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST protocols.
• Work with RDBMS (MySQL) and No-SQL databases to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in telecom application development.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in core and advanced Python programming.
• Telecom Domain Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in telecom, network management, or SON domain, with strong knowledge of radio technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G & Nokia SRAN).
• Applications Knowledge: Experience in NetAct and SON telecom applications.
• Architectural Expertise: Strong understanding of architectural and design methodologies (e.g., SOA, component-based design, scalable ASYNC frameworks).
• Microservices and Kubernetes: Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Kubernetes and Microservices (preferred).
• Data Exchange & Integration: Proficiency in XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST protocols.
• Database Management: Expertise in database technologies, including RDBMS (MySQL) and No-SQL systems.

Work Environment:
• Location: Chennai or Bangalore.
• Type: Strictly work-from-office position. Remote work is not an option for this role.
