Role Title: Principal Consultant - Telecom Presales (BSS)Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Hands on engagement in the sales process supporting customer meetings, proposal creation, solution discussions, solutions pitch and other steps to ensure progression and closure of opportunities.

Attending meetings with Sales Directors/Representatives and acting as a technical/ domain expert.Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals where necessary.

Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective and feasible solutions.Product demonstration and leading POC’s and pilots.

Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements including being completely responsible and accountable for RFI/RFPs from a solution perspective.

Defending bid/ proposal at customer location alongside members of the sales team.

Translating customer requirements into cost inputs for term sheet build for an opportunity.

Engaging in consultative and insight-driven discussions with any level of client’s leadership team, up to and including CxO level to position Subex’s Revenue Assurance and Fraud Managementproducts and services.

Driving an end-to-end presales project to identify opportunity, perform feasibility study, build RFP response, own bid defense, define the win strategy and client solution, and develop proposal and win customer due diligence.

Providing feedback to managed services organization for ongoing evolution of MS methodology, toolset and detailed delivery approach based on customer feedback during presales engagement.
